❓ How to Use Stock Manager

Quick guide for all users — read before making changes.

📥 Before You Start (Important!)

Always Refresh first — press ↓ Refresh to load the latest stock data before making any changes.

Update your stock counts using the + / − buttons or by typing directly in the quantity box.

Sync when done — press ⇅ Sync to save your changes to the shared system.

🔢 Updating Quantities

• Press + or − to increase or decrease stock by 1.

• You can also type a number directly into the quantity box and press Enter.

• Items highlighted in red are low stock — needs attention.

• Use the Low stock toggle to show only low items.

🔍 Search & Filter

• Use the search bar to filter by brand or flavour name.

• Click a brand header to collapse/expand that brand's products.

⚠️ Remember: Always Refresh before making changes and Sync after — otherwise your updates may be lost or overwrite someone else's changes.
