📖 Quick Guide

How to use the Stock Manager app.

Updating Stock: Click the + or − buttons, or type a number directly into the box. Changes sync to the sheet instantly.

Ordering Boxes: Use the Order column to add boxes. You can add them even if stock is high. The app suggests 1 box automatically when stock is low (below 3).

Expiry Dates: Click the 📅 icon to set an expiry date. Red means expired or soon, Amber means within 30 days.

Saving: The app saves automatically. The "Sync" button at the top is for a manual full-sync if needed.

⏳ Note: It can take up to 10 seconds for the Google Sheet to process your change. Don't worry if it doesn't show up on other devices immediately!

Auto-Refresh: The app checks for new data from other stores every 30 seconds.

💡 Tip: Use the "Low stock" toggle at the top to quickly see everything that needs ordering.
