Refresh cloud when you want an immediate check: It downloads the newest shared data from Vapes Cloud. It never uploads, replaces, or overwrites stock.

Update your stock counts: Use the + / − buttons or type numbers directly. Each quantity, order, and expiry change goes straight to Vapes Cloud.

Saved automatically: The Saved badge confirms the cloud has accepted the change. Other open devices receive updates automatically; the app also checks again when opened or brought back to the screen.

📦 Quantities, Low Stock & Boxes / مقدار، کم اسٹاک اور آرڈر باکسز

• + / − Buttons: Increase or decrease stock count by 1.

• اسٹاک میں ۱ کا اضافہ یا کمی کرنے کے لیے + یا − دبائیں۔

• Red Low Stock Alert (< 3 units): Items with 0, 1, or 2 units turn red with red number highlight.

• کم اسٹاک الرٹ: جن اشیاء کا اسٹاک ۳ سے کم (۰، ۱، ۲) ہو وہ خود بخود سرخ (Red) رنگ میں ہائی لائٹ ہو جاتی ہیں۔

• Automatic Order Boxes: Automatically calculates 1 box (amber) or 2+ boxes (red).

• آرڈر باکسز: کم اسٹاک ہونے پر خود بخود ۱ باکس (پیلے رنگ میں) یا ۲+ باکسز (لال رنگ میں) تجویز ہو جاتے ہیں۔

• Low Stock Toggle: Click the toggle button in the header to view only items needing restock.

• اوپر موجود Low stock بٹن آن کرنے سے صرف وہ فلیورز نظر آئیں گے جن کا اسٹاک ختم ہونے کے قریب ہے۔

📅 Expiry Dates Tracking / ایکسپائری تاریخ کا اندراج

• Set Expiry: Click the small • dot next to any flavour name to save its expiry date for your store.

• فلیور کے نام کے ساتھ موجود چھوٹے • نقطے پر کلک کر کے ایکسپائری تاریخ محفوظ کریں۔

• Visual Badges: Exp Date (Safe), Exp Date (Within 30 days), Exp Date (Expired or within 7 days).

• ایکسپائری بیجز: 🟢 سبز (محفوظ)، 🟡 پیلا (۳۰ دن باقی)، 🔴 سرخ (ایکسپائر ہو چکا یا ۷ دن باقی)۔

🔍 Search & Brand Categories / تلاش اور برانڈز

• Search: Type in the search bar to instantly find flavours or brands.

• اوپر سرچ بار میں فلیور کا نام لکھ کر فوری تلاش کریں۔

• Collapse / Expand: Click any brand header banner to fold or unfold its list.

• کسی بھی برانڈ پر کلک کر کے اس کی لسٹ کو بند یا کھول سکتے ہیں۔

👑 Admin Controls (Settings, Log & Export) / ایڈمن اختیارات

• Settings & Vape/Liquid Creator: Add new vape brands and flavours directly inside Settings. Brands and flavours are shown alphabetically everywhere.

• سیٹنگز: Settings میں نیا برانڈ یا فلیور شامل کریں۔ تمام برانڈز اور فلیورز حروفِ تہجی کی ترتیب سے نظر آئیں گے۔

• Store-Wise Activity Log: Track staff stock adjustments filtered store-by-store with date headers.

• اسٹور وائز لاگ: کس عملے نے کس وقت کیا تبدیلیاں کیں، ہر دکان کے لحاظ سے تاریخ وار دیکھیں۔

• Export (PDF & CSV): Generate clean, readable print reports with red low-stock highlights.

• ایکسپورٹ: سرخ رنگ میں نمایاں کم اسٹاک والی صاف ستھری پرنٹ رپورٹ یا CSV فائل ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔

⚠️ GOLDEN RULE / سب سے اہم اصول

Your changes save to Firebase automatically. Use Refresh Firebase only to manually download the newest shared data. Export downloads a report only; it does not change cloud data.

آپ کی تبدیلیاں خودکار طور پر Firebase میں محفوظ ہوتی ہیں۔ Refresh Firebase صرف تازہ مشترکہ ڈیٹا ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنے کے لیے ہے۔ Export صرف رپورٹ ڈاؤن لوڈ کرتا ہے، کلاؤڈ ڈیٹا تبدیل نہیں کرتا۔
